My Caravan Mover Won’t Work
Caravan Movers use large amounts of 12 volt power from your battery.
• Test your caravan’s leisure battery to make sure it is able to deliver enough power. It may appear to be fully charged but may not have the necessary ‘load’ capacity for sustained use.
• Check the battery in the handset. Non-use during the winter period usually results in dry cell battery failure. Plan to renew batteries each season
• Occasionally, the handset may lose its’ ability to communicate with the control box fitted to the caravan. This can usually be easily reset using the Mover’s instruction leaflets.
• If this reset fails, it may be possible to set up a cable link to the control box. Again check your instruction leaflets.
