Golden Castle Caravan & Motorhomes is growing – and we’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Workshop Technician to join our friendly and experienced team in Gloucestershire.
If you have experience working with electrics, plumbing, or repairs and love the satisfaction of fixing things properly, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
🔧 About the Role
As part of our busy workshop, you’ll work on various caravans and motorhomes – from brand-new models to well-loved classics. Every day is different, and your skills will really make a difference to our customers’ adventures.
Your main tasks will include:

Carrying out servicing and habitation checks to meet NCC standards

Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults (12V/240V)

Fixing or maintaining water, heating, and gas systems

Handling internal and external repairs to caravans and motorhomes

Preparing vehicles before delivery (new and used)
💼 What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is:

Reliable, with a good level of hands-on experience

Confident working on their own or as part of a team

Familiar with gas/electric/water systems (training provided if needed)

Proud of their work and focused on doing the job right
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve worked in a similar industry (automotive, caravan servicing, electrical or plumbing repairs).

Location: Gloucester

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00am–5:00pm)

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Training: We’ll keep your qualifications up to date

Occasional Saturday overtime may be available
