The awning includes zip-in side walls and a front wall, which lets you open it up or enclose it depending on weather or privacy needs. There are individual inflation points (one per air tube), door mesh for airflow and insect protection, heavy webbing straps for anchoring, 6 mm beading to fit kador rails, plus roof and front-leg supports to stabilise structure. A manual pump is supplied for inflation. The colour scheme is Black/Light Grey. Weights vary: approx 16-17 kg for the standard 210D version, and 22-24 kg for the Ivy Elite (SY17) fabric versions depending on width.

• Will the Ivy Air Roll-Out fit my caravan?
  Yes — as long as your caravan’s awning kador or rail height is between 235-250 cm, and the width (300 or 350 cm) matches or slightly exceeds your kador-length.

• How do I set it up / roll it out?
  Unroll from its attached PVC bag, inflate the air tubes via their individual inflation points, attach the roof/front leg supports, zip in the sides/front if needed, peg down, use webbing straps to secure edges.

• What’s the difference between the “Ivy” and “Ivy Elite” versions?
  The Ivy Elite uses Climatech SY17 fabric (more durable, heavier) vs standard Ivy’s 210D fabric (lighter). The Elite versions weigh more but offer extra weather resistance.

• Can I fully enclose it or open it up?
  Yes — zip-in side walls and front wall allow you to close it in for protection or roll them up / remove to open for airflow and shade.

• Is the door mesh protected?
  Yes — the door has a mesh section (often behind/within a zip) for ventilation and insect protection while allowing visibility.

• How well does it perform in wet or windy conditions?
  Reasonably well, given proper setup: make sure inflation is correct, use straps, peg properly. In heavy wind or stormy weather, reduce exposure or partially close panels.

• What are the weights & how portable is it?
  Standard widths: approx 16-17 kg for 210D version; Elite versions are around 22-24 kg. It’s portable but bulkier in the Elite + wider models.

• What’s included as standard?
  The awning unit, carry bag, manual pump, supports, zip-in panels, webbing straps, inflation points, beading etc. Accessories like lights, electric pump are extras.

• What warranty is provided?
  As a Camptech air awning accessory, it includes a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

• How do I find the correct awning size?
  Measure your caravan’s kador or awning rail length to choose width (300 or 350 cm). Measure from ground up to rail to ensure your caravan falls between 235-250 cm height—this determines whether Ivy Air will attach properly without strain.
