We are receiving daily updates from our suppliers regarding stock levels and delivery times.

Important Notice: Delivery Exclusions

Please note that Golden Castle does not offer delivery for caravans, motorhomes, or campervans. These vehicles are only available for collection from our premises.

Vehicle Reservation Process: Customers can place a reservation of £250 via our website to temporarily secure a caravan. This reservation allows customers to visit our premises, inspect the vehicle, and decide whether to proceed with the purchase. The reservation is valid for a period of 48h unless otherwise agreed with a sales representative.

If the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase, the reservation amount will be refunded in full. However, if the purchase is confirmed, the remaining balance must be paid before the caravan is collected.

This delivery policy applies exclusively to goods purchased from our online shop.

Current Delivery Policy (Online Shop Only):

• Free shipping on orders over £150.
• Flat rate of £8.99 on orders under £150.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times may be delayed due to increased pressure on warehouse staff and delivery firms. We are working hard to update stock levels daily. If we cannot supply your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that we are experiencing delays and supply chain issues, which may affect normal delivery times.

Delivery Charges:

Our prices include VAT. Additional delivery charges may apply to certain locations, including but not limited to the following postcode areas: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, and any offshore island including the Isle of Wight.

Delivery Schedule:

• Delivery is usually 3 – 5 working days for most products on the GB mainland.
• For some Scottish areas, Offshore Islands, and the Isle of Wight, delivery can take 3 – 5 working days.
• We cannot guarantee next-day delivery due to driver shortages and freight movement issues.
• Most products are sent by courier and require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries will not be left without a signature as proof of delivery.
• Our carriers, including DHL, DPD, DX, Fed-Ex, Tuffnells, and ParcelForce, deliver Monday to Friday, usually between 8 am and 6 pm. As these are national carriers, we cannot specify AM or PM deliveries.

Weekend and International Deliveries:

• We do not offer a weekend delivery service.
• We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Eire, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, or Europe.
