Is butane safe to use around tents and awnings?
Absolutely. The Alogfire features professional-grade safety systems including ODS (Oxygen Depletion Sensor) that automatically shuts off the unit if oxygen levels drop. The tip-over and flameout protection add extra layers of safety. Always ensure adequate ventilation when using in enclosed spaces.

How long does each gas canister last?
Runtime varies from 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on flame setting. On medium heat (perfect for warming a 4-person awning), expect around 2.5 hours. Standard 220g canisters are available at most supermarkets, camping shops, and petrol stations across the UK.

Does it work in the wind?
Yes! The windproof glass panels protect the flame from typical British breezes. It performs reliably in coastal and lakeside conditions where other heaters struggle. The stable base design prevents tipping in gusty conditions.

Can I actually cook proper meals on it? Think “outdoor essentials” rather than a Sunday roast. Please note: The power bank is not included with the unit. However, the system is universally compatible, meaning you can use any standard USB portable charger (like the one you likely already have for your phone) to power it.

What is included in the box, and do I need to buy any accessories separately?

Included in the Package: The box contains the Alogfire ALF B11 A1 Mini unit itself, the removable cooking rack (which clips onto the top for cooking), and the user manual.

Sold Separately: Please note that the padded carry bag is NOT included and must be purchased separately (RRP £19.99). You will also need to provide your own standard 220g butane gas canisters (available at most supermarkets, camping shops, and petrol stations across the UK) and a portable power bank (required only if you wish to use the anti-freeze USB fan feature).
