The Grill 2 Braai 40 cooking plate from CADAC is an interchangeable surface for the Grillo Chef 40, Citi Chef 40, Citi Chef 40 FS, Carri Chef 40, and E Braai 40 BBQs. It’s ideal for grilling meats, fish, and vegetables. The ceramic-coated plate is easy to clean and features a built-in heat deflector for even heat distribution and quick heating.

Note: for use on the E Braai the underside heat deflector must be removed
