The Tall Annexe (SL908) is an official accessory for the Adelaide Rear Car Tent. It attaches securely and shares the Adelaide’s tunnel connection (≈ 100 cm) to allow you to move between vehicle and annexe. It weighs about 15 kg so it’s manageable to transport and erect. The sewn-in groundsheet, Techline zips and internal privacy blinds match the main tent’s fittings. Colour, frame style, fixings etc. are consistent, so it looks like part of the original structure rather than an afterthought. It’s not a fully winter-grade annexe, but good for touring, seasonal stays or fair-weather use. Maintenance (keep dry, tensioned properly, secure guying) will extend its useful life.

1. Will the Adelaide Tall Annexe fit my Adelaide Rear Car Tent?
   Yes — it’s made specifically for the Adelaide Rear Car Tent, matching width (≈ 250 cm), depth (≈ 350 cm), tunnel length and connection fittings.

2. How do I install it?
   Attach via the tunnel / connecting zip to the main Adelaide tent, set up the inflatable beams / alloy poles, stake/peg down edges, tension guy ropes, zip in side/door panels.

3. Does it change the weight significantly?
   It adds about 15 kg to the setup. Manageable, but will affect packing and transport.

4. Is it easy to move around inside?
   Yes — the Tall Annexe gives extra headroom compared to standard annexes, which means more comfortable standing and moving.

5. How is ventilation handled?
   Full fly-screen ventilation on both sides helps airflow; plus the annexe has matching privacy blinds and panel openings to control air and light.

6. What’s included in the standard package?
   The Tall Annexe itself, groundsheet base, poles / support tubes, blinds, side ventilation panels, pegs/guy ropes. Inner tent, lighting etc. are optional extras.

7. What warranty does this product have?
   Comes with Camptech’s standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty for accessories.

8. How does it perform in wet or windy weather?
   Probably well in moderate conditions if set up correctly (tense, pegged, guyed). In heavier wind you’ll need to use secure straps, close panels, ensure water can drain off.

9. How bulky is it when packed?
   The annexe packs down smaller than the main tent but still fairly bulky given its size and air tubes / poles. You’ll need decent storage space and more effort to transport.

10. Is it suitable for sleeping in or just storage / living space?
    With the optional inner tent (IT103), yes — you can convert part of the Tall Annexe into sleeping quarters. Without inner tent, it’s best used for living, gear storage, dining etc.
