Because they don’t rely on power or gel, effectiveness depends purely on contact and the ambient temperature—best used in shaded or moderately warm conditions. Sizes allow use for small crates or paws (60×40), medium pets or secondary seating (80×55), up to larger floor spaces (120×52).

1. What size should I get?
   Choose based on the space you want to place it. For small pets or crates, 60×40 cm works well; for larger animals or floor cover indoors or inside awnings, 120×52 cm is best.

2. How does it cool?
   It uses passive cooling: the material draws heat away from whatever is resting on it, helping reduce the surface temperature. There is no gel, electricity or water involved.

3. Can I wash it?
   Yes — the mats are easy to clean. A wipe down is typically enough; for more thorough cleaning, mild soap and water are usually safe. Let dry before re-use.

4. Will it stay cool in direct sun?
   It will help somewhat, but performance is best in shaded or less hot areas. In strong direct sunlight, the surface may warm too much to be as effective.

5. Is it durable?
