WHY WE LOVE IT
Proper living space from a porch awning – At 400 cm wide and around 275 cm deep, this gives you a genuinely usable lounge/dining area rather than just storage space
Air beam system makes setup far easier than poles – The IsaAir system uses a single inflation point with multi-point deflation, so pitching is quicker and less physically demanding
Premium Isabella materials throughout – Combines Isacryl breathable fabric with a durable roof, giving better comfort and longevity compared to cheaper polyester air awnings
Excellent ventilation for real-world use – Large side ventilation panels with mosquito nets allow airflow in hot weather without letting insects in
Expandable setup for extra space – Designed to accept extensions on either side, so you can grow your setup as your needs chang

REAL-WORLD ADVICE
This sits at the premium end of air porch awnings, and you feel it in both space and materials. It’s ideal if you stay put for a few days or longer and want a proper living area, not just a quick shelter. The trade-off is weight — it’s heavier than most air awnings, so feeding it through the rail is the hardest part. Once up though, the air system makes the rest straightforward.

A-Measurement - Finding the right awning size
To ensure you get the perfect fit for a full awning, you need to find the “A-measurement” of your caravan. Follow these steps to measure accurately:
Step 1: Gather Your Tools
You can use a tape measure or a piece of string to take this measurement. If you use string, it is crucial that you do not stretch it, as this will result in a false reading and an incorrectly sized awning. Professionals often use specialized beading with a tape measure attached to make the process easier.
Step 2: Measure the Height (Optional but Useful)
While the A-measurement is the primary focus for awnings, you may sometimes need the specific height of the caravan.
- Ignore the caravan handbook for this specific task, as handbooks typically incorporate the height of the skylight and aerial.
- Instead, measure straight down from the awning rail to the floor.
Step 3: Position the Measuring Tool at the Start Point
Place one end of your tape measure or string on the floor at one end of the caravan, directly beneath the opening of the awning rail.
Step 4: Thread the Awning Rail
Slide your tape measure, string, or beading through the entire length of the awning channel. Ensure the tool follows the curve of the rail exactly as the awning fabric will.
Step 5: Complete the Measurement at the Finish Point
Continue threading the tool through the rail until it exits at the other side and touches the floor. The total distance from the floor, through the rail, and back down to the floor is your final A-measurement. For example, a common reading might be something like 10 meters 34.
Analogy: Measuring a caravan for an awning is much like measuring someone for a tailor-made suit. You cannot simply rely on their total height (which includes their hair or a hat, much like a caravan’s aerial); you must follow the specific contours where the fabric will actually rest to ensure the garment fits perfectly.
