The key to getting the right size is matching the screen to your canopy width — not your vehicle. Measure the canopy itself, not the awning rail end-to-end, and factor in that the 300 and 400cm options will overhang slightly if your canopy is shorter. For most campervans and smaller motorhomes, the 200cm width is sufficient. For larger motorhome cassette awnings, the 300 or 400cm options give far better coverage.

The 200 x 145 Turnable is worth considering if your pitch tends to shift sun angle throughout the day — being able to flip the screen vertically gives you more coverage downward rather than outward, which is handy when the sun is higher in the sky.

Check your canopy rail size before ordering. Most modern Thule, Dometic, and Fiamma units are 6mm, but some older models run 5mm — the 200 x 75 covers both, but the larger screens are fixed, so it’s worth confirming first.

What’s the difference between the 200 x 75 and the 200 x 145? The 75cm drop is a narrower screen useful for blocking lower sun angles. The 145cm drop gives significantly more vertical coverage and is available as a Turnable version that can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

What does “Turnable” mean on the 200 x 145? It can be installed in either orientation — horizontally along the canopy for a wide, shallow coverage, or vertically for a taller, narrower shade panel depending on sun position.

Does it allow airflow? Yes. The polyester construction allows air to pass through, so it reduces sun exposure without blocking the breeze.

What is it made from? 550 g/m2 100% polyester in grey.
