Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. The following policy applies to parts, accessories, and non-vehicle items purchased from Golden Castle, whether online or in-store. This policy does not apply to caravans, motorhomes, or campervans.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return the item unused and in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. This includes:
- All original packaging
- Labels and tags intact
- Proof of purchase
We’ll provide a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in a resalable condition.
Please note: Special order parts and accessories not listed on our website and sourced specifically for you are non-refundable.
Refund Process
We’ll issue the refund using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Standard delivery charges will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service that covers the full value of the goods. We cannot issue a refund until we receive the items back at our warehouse.
Damaged Products on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days using the contact form below. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Faulty Products Within 30 Days
If a fault develops within 30 days of purchase:
- Contact us using the form below.
- If needed, we’ll arrange collection.
- The item must be packaged safely with all original accessories and documentation.
- Once verified by our technician, we’ll contact you with the next steps.
If no fault is found, you will be responsible for the cost of collection and return.
Faulty Products After 30 Days
Most products include a manufacturer warranty (up to five years depending on the product).
