The QR version of the Carri Chef 40 is ideal if your caravan or motorhome has an external quick-release gas outlet, as it allows very fast connection without a separate regulator setup. If you intend to run it from a standalone gas bottle, you will need the correct regulator and hose, which are sold separately because gas systems vary depending on the supply.
