Setting up the Twinair 5 takes minutes. Simply place the external unit on its provided brackets outside the window, run the flat hose through the opening, and mount the internal unit inside.

Golden Castle Pro-Tip: Because the window remains slightly ajar for the hose, it can create a “thermal bridge” where warm air and insects can sneak in. We highly recommend using a simple rolled towel or a custom foam insert to seal the remaining window gap. This locks the cold air in and ensures maximum cooling efficiency!

A good night’s sleep is essential on holiday. Internally, the Twinair 5 operates on a “Super Silent” profile. However, because the outdoor condenser is doing the hard work, it naturally produces more sound outside.

When camping in close proximity to others, simply activate the dedicated Night Mode. This function specifically lowers the external decibel output, ensuring you maintain excellent campsite etiquette and keep your neighbours happy while you sleep in a perfectly chilled cabin.

• Filtration: Clean both the intake filter screen and the bottom filter sieve.
