This awning includes multiple inflation points with non-return valves for stability and safety. It comes with a high-volume pump (with pressure gauge), steel pegs, guy ropes, ladder bands, a groundsheet, repair kit, peg bag, and a carry holdall bag for storage. Side ventilation panel included. It’s light enough for travel (≈ 14 kg for Low tunnel height). Colour scheme is Dark Grey / Light Grey. The back tunnel lets you access or detach without removing the entire awning.

1. Will the Kingston fit my motorhome or campervan?
   Yes — choose Low if your awning rail height is approx 180-210 cm, or High if it’s 235-295 cm. Measure from ground to awning rail or the connection strip on the vehicle.

2. How long does setup take?
   Inflation via air tubes with supplied pump takes just a few minutes; pegging, ropes, blinds/windows may take a little longer. With practice, you can have it up quite quickly.

3. What difference does the tunnel height make?
   It ensures the tunnel fits cleanly to your vehicle — so the right height gives a snug fit, reduces leaks/drafts, and avoids excess fabric flapping.

4. How well does it handle ventilation and bugs?
   Very well — large flyscreens in windows allow airflow while keeping insects out; there is a vent panel on the side; use of privacy blinds helps control light and airflow.

5. How good is it in bad weather?
   The fabric is weather-resistant, multiple inflation points help structural stability. But like all inflatable awnings, strong winds, heavy snow or prolonged storms require care (secure straps, close windows/blinds, proper pegging).

6. What’s included in the standard package?
   The awning and tunnel, groundsheet, pump with gauge, pegs, guy ropes, ladder bands, repair kit, carry bag, privacy blind, flyscreens, ventilation panel, etc. Optional items are extras.

7. What’s the weight and portability?
   Approximately 14 kg for the Low height version; a bit heavier for the High version. Folded size manageable; carry bag helps transport.

8. What is the warranty?
   Comes with Camptech’s 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, standard for their awning accessories.

9. How do I find the correct awning rail/fitment size?
   Measure the height from the ground to where the connection or sewn-in tunnel strip will attach (i.e. your awning rail or side fitting). Also check the width of rail/base to ensure compatibility.

10. Is this awning suitable for seasonal use or just touring?
    It’s great for touring and medium-term stays. For long-term or very exposed seasonal pitches, you’ll want to add secure straps, ensure minimal stress on fabric, and possibly remove in harsh conditions.
