It is designed to slot into the inner attachment points inside the canopy after the awning is inflated. The fabric is chosen to match the Moto Monarch’s interior lining, balancing strength and lightness. According to Camptech’s weights document, the pack-size when folded is approx 40 × 16 × 16 cm. It helps with retaining warmth overnight, keeping insects out, and organising sleeping arrangements without separate tents. • Will this inner tent fit my awning?
  Only if you have the Moto Monarch / MotoAir Monarch drive-away awning. It uses specific attachment points in that awning. Not compatible with other models.

• How do I install it?
  First inflate the awning, ensure attachment clips are located, then clip in the inner tent, spread its groundsheet base and zip up the entrance.

• Does it affect ventilation or airflow?
  Slightly — by enclosing part of the awning you reduce airflow in that section. To maintain ventilation, use awning vents/windows elsewhere and open up flap doors or windows as needed.

• Is it warm enough for autumn / colder weather?
  It helps a lot compared to sleeping directly in the awning canopy: reduces draughts, retains body heat. But it’s still a single-skin inner tent, so good sleeping bags or thermal underlay recommended in colder temperatures.

• What’s the groundsheet like?
  The included groundsheet is integral and helps block moisture, cold, and insects from below. Use on level, debris-free ground for best performance.

• What is the weight and packed size?
  Approx pack-size is 40 × 16 × 16 cm. Weight isn’t given separately in all listings but the tent is lightweight relative to the awning.

• What’s included as standard?
  The tent itself with zipping entrance, groundsheet, internal attachment fittings. No mattresses, lights or bedding.
